With the last 18 months bringing so much inconsistency to school children, we are here to provide a contemporary look at wellbeing and health strategies. Our Pick & Mix option is designed to cover all bases.
Perfect for the whole school, we can support schools in using LivWell resources to enhance their curriculum activities with yoga, meditation, and dance. Our enrichment mornings can provide your pupils with a measured start to the day, with an opportunity to relax and focus before taking to their lessons for the rest of the day.
The Annual report from The Children’s Society makes grim reading. In short, wellbeing, self-image and happiness have continued to decrease for children of all ages, over the last 10 years. The question is, how do we use the last 18 months as a springboard to making a lasting change for school children?
As part of our Health & Wellbeing option, the LivWell programme supports the curriculum with activities designed to inspire pupils to become their best selves. Developed by Adam Shakesheave, Caroline Siddel and Eddie Ray, the programme uses the experience of over 50 years of their time in education to inspire positive growth in children.
LivWell is structured around putting children first. For the founders of this programme who had seen the decline in young people’s health and wellbeing. The support it offers is designed to equip children with the skills they need to pursue greater calm, happiness, and strategies for stress management.
