AfPE, in collaboration with Loughborough University and the University of Edinburgh, are exploring the potential of PE as a core subject. With levels of obesity and the associated conditions as high as they are, PE as a core subject is an important step towards better national health.

The short survey, which is now live, will close on the 28th of July at 5 pm. AfPE and their partners are now inviting PE professionals from across England to take part. PE teachers, subject leaders, PE teacher educators, senior leadership, and advisors and consultants in the field are also encouraged to apply.

Early completion is encouraged on the road to creating a vision of PE as a core subject.
